In the 1950s, Sanhe developed successfully the first automatic concrete batching plant in China.
In the 1990s, our team developed 7 large concrete batching plants for the largest water conservancy project in the world- Three Gorges Project. Another 3 concrete batching plants are imported from the USA, Italy and Japan. Our batching plants produced 73% of concrete needed by Three Gorges Project.
In market segments of large and ultra-large concrete batching plants for hydropower dam, Sanhe takes a leading positon and has occupied 75% to 80% market share for many years.
In 2003, our team successfully developed the first autoclaved fly ash brick production line, opened a new area of fly ash recycling and reusing.
In 2005, we successfully developed the largest compulsory concrete batching plant (2x7m3) in the world. 4 performances of the plant were ranked first in the world: the largest single-machine installed capacity, the strongest production capacity, the highest integration degree, and the most advanced comprehensive performance for compulsory concrete batching plant.
In 2006, we successfully developed the largest gravity type concrete batching plant (4x4.8m3) in the world, which has broken 4 world records: the largest single-machine installed capacity, the strongest production capacity, the highest integration degree and the most advanced comprehensive performance for gravity type concrete batching plant.
In 2007, we successfully developed the first "double-unit high-tower type" dry mix mortar production line, which won us a utility model patent (patent number: ZL201520530074.6). It can produce both ordinary mortar and special mortar.
In 2008, we successfully developed the first fully-enclosed industrial concrete batching plant with zero emission and high-environmental protection degree in China. It was successfully applied in Longtan Station of CSCEC Commercial Concrete Company (Chengdu). The successful development and operation had an epoch-making significance. It opened a new chapter of the environmental production in the concrete production industry in China.
In 2010, we successfully developed the largest fully-enclosed industrial concrete batching plant with zero emission and high-environmental protection degree in China, and put into use in Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The production capacity reached 540 m3/h.
In 2012, a two-group square concrete batching plant was built in Beijing Yicheng Lafarge Mixing Station. The total area of the plant was about 9 mu, and the usable area of the factory was only about 6 mu. This plant broke the record of smallest land of the plants in same size.
In 2013, we developed the fourth generation of fully-closed top-mounted high environmental protection concrete batching plant, featuring beautiful appearance, small floor space, low energy consumption, energy conservation and environment protection.
In 2014, we developed a 4-in-1 comprehensive project of brick, motor and concrete production on the base of construction waste. The project integrated construction waste treatment, brick production, mortar premixing and concrete production. The project was carried out in our new factory in Industrial Cluster District of Wuzhi County, which covers an area of 300 mu with 5 plants, each covering 12000 square meters.
The first stage of the project has been finished and progressively put into operation.
In 2015, we successfully developed three-machine type tower dry mix mortar production plant, which could produce not only ordinary mortar and special mortar, but also thermal insulation mortar.
