Cutting machine represents the heart of an autoclaved aerated concrete plant. It is used to cut the large aerated concrete cakes molded in the casting process into required sizes, combined with precise speed control, high cutting accuracy, ease of operation and maintenance and extreme versatility.
1. State of the Art Technology
The AAC block cutter is developed by introducing the up to date aerated concrete cutting technology from German Wiha and combining the actual conditions in domestic market. It can turn the green cake by 90 degrees to conduct cross and longitudinal cutting, with higher efficiency.
2. More Precise Control of Cutting Speed
The AAC block cutting machine ensures higher accuracy in control of cutting speed. It employs frequency converter that is used to adjust the walking speed of cutting trolley, cross cut rising and falling speed and cutting swing speed. This guarantees more stable cutting.
3. Superior Cross and Longitudinal Cutting
The longitudinal cutting device is stationary while the cutting trolley walks to cut. This ensures a very short time and can cut groove into the cake without need of groove processing equipment. The cross cutting device uses steel wire to cut from the top down. The wire is shortened so that cutting accuracy is ensured.
4. Easy Operation and Maintenance
Our AAC block cutting machine is easy to operate. The entire cutting process including turning, longitudinal cutting and cross cutting is respectively completed in different stations. They share the same control system. So, the working is simplified, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
5. Great Versatility
The concrete equipment is suitable for not only blocks but also panels. In addition, it carries out six-face cutting to the green cake. Therefore, the quality of final product is not affected by the mould oil and mould deformation.
